Product Description: P19 and P27 primers are liquid adhesives composed of 19% and 27% solid materials, respectively. These primers are produced from low-volatile organic compounds. The function of these primers is to create a highly effective bonding environment between the steel surface of the pipe and the underlying tape layer. P19 and P27 primers are composed of elastomers, synthetic resins, corrosion inhibitors, stabilizers, etc., which are mixed with a suitable amount of low volatile organic solvent and are suitable for spray, roller, and brush applications
Application: It is used as a primary coating for gas, oil, and water pipes, which is applied before the installation of the underlying tape onto the pipe
